To Drive
In St. Maarten/St. Martin, we drive on the right side of the road.
Driver's License
Valid driver's license from any jurisdiction with picture.
Payment
All major credit cards accepted.
Drivers
No one else can drive the car unless he/she meets all rental requirements, and is listed on your rental agreement form upon rental as an additional driver.
Car Return
Cars must be returned to the office of the car rental or an approved dropoff location.
Taxes
Rentals are subject to local Sales Tax of 9.5%.
Road Service
Renter should contact rental location in the event of an emergency.
Fuel
Vehicles are rented with a full tank of gas and should be returned full to avoid a locally determinated refueling charge.
Vehicles
Vehicles may not be taken off the Island.
